Eligibility Criteria:

• Must actively participate in the leadership project and remain a full-time student during the award period (one credit during summer quarter is required for continued funding).
• Only one Mary Gates scholarship can be received at a time.
• Previous recipients of the same type of Mary Gates scholarship twice cannot apply again.
• A maximum of three Research and Leadership Scholarships combined can be received (e.g., two Research Scholarships and one Leadership Scholarship).
