  • MSc Health Research Methods
  • MSc Sport and Exercise Medicine
  • Master of Public Health (MPH)
  • MSc by Research Medical Imaging

Benefits

  • Scholarship Value: £5,000
  • The scholarship is awarded as a reduction in the first-year tuition fee.

Eligibility Criteria

  • NHS Staff: Must be currently employed within the NHS.
  • Offer of Study: Must hold an offer to study a full-time Master’s program from the list above at the University of Exeter.
  • Start Date: Must begin studies in the 2024/25 academic year (September 2024 entry).

Preferred Applicants

The University particularly welcomes applications from those holding:

  • NIHR academic clinical fellowships
  • Pre-doctoral fellowships
  • Similar roles in collaboration with the Medical School

Application Procedure

  • Deadline: August 1, 2024, 17:00 (GMT)
  • Application Process: Applications are submitted via the online application system.
  • Required Responses: Applicants need to answer the following questions in their application:
  1. Career ambitions and relevant experiences (up to 500 words).
  2. How the proposed degree will enhance career ambitions (up to 500 words).
  3. Reasons for deserving the scholarship and its impact (up to 500 words).

Applicants will be notified of the outcome within two weeks of the closing date. The scholarship is not recurrent for subsequent years of study.
