The University of Sydney Faculty of Engineering International Scholarship 2025 is available for international students pursuing higher degree research (HDR) studies in Engineering.
Scholarship Details:
- Funding: Covers academic tuition fees and the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF).
- Degree Level: Postgraduate Research (PhD and Master’s by Research).
- Duration:
- Master’s by Research: Up to 4 research periods.
- PhD: Up to 12 research periods, with a possible 2-period extension.
- Eligibility: Must have an unconditional offer for full-time HDR enrollment and proof of stipend coverage by a third-party sponsor or the university.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Open to international students of all nationalities.
- Program Enrollment: Must have an unconditional offer for full-time enrollment in a PhD program or a Master’s by Research program (with plans to transition to PhD).
- Funding: Provide evidence that a third-party sponsor or university is covering the stipend allowance.
- Other Scholarships: Must not already hold an RTP or similar primary scholarship that covers academic course fees.
- Application: Must apply for a Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship (International).
