Scholarship Details:
- Funding: Up to $15,000.
- Degree Levels: Bachelor, Master’s, PhD.
- Subjects: All subjects offered at the University of Otago.
- Duration: The scholarship is awarded for one year.
Benefits:
- Amount: $15,000, applied as a credit towards tuition fees.
- Distribution:
- For Semester 1 (February 2025) starts, the full amount will be credited to tuition fees.
- For Semester 2 (July 2025) starts, $7,500 will be credited in the second semester, and the remaining $7,500 will be credited in the first semester of the following year.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Open to international students from China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau), India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Study Requirement: Applicants must plan to study full-time at the University of Otago from their first year through to completing their degree.
- Application: Indicate interest in the scholarship through the student management system (eVision) during the application process.
Application Deadlines:
- For Semester 1 (February 2025) Start: December 10, 2024.
- For Semester 2 (July 2025) Start: April 30, 2025.
