Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Admission Requirement:
- Hold an unconditional offer of admission from the University of Sydney for an HDR program.
- Commitment to Research:
- Exhibit potential and commitment to conducting high-quality research.
Application Process
- Automatic Consideration for New Applicants:
- When submitting your application for admission to a research program, select the option to be considered for the RTP scholarship.
- Ensure you submit your program application before the following deadlines:
- For January/March Intake (Research Period 1 or 2): Apply by September of the previous year.
- For July/October Intake (Research Period 3 or 4): Apply by December of the previous year.
- Separate Application for Current Students:
- Already enrolled HDR students must submit a separate application for the RTP Scholarship.
- Evidence of academic improvement or additional research achievements since the last application is required for reconsideration.
