Eligibility Requirements

- Nationality: Must be a citizen of Pakistan and residing in Pakistan during the application process.
- Educational Background:
- Master’s Applicants: A 4-year Bachelor’s degree or a combined Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (16 years of formal education).
- PhD Applicants: A Master’s, M.Phil., or equivalent degree (18 years of formal education).
- GRE Scores:
- Minimum score of 145 in each section of the GRE General Test.
- English Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in English (TOEFL may be required after selection).
- Commitment: Applicants must commit to returning to Pakistan after completing their studies to fulfill a service obligation.
Ineligible Applicants
- Dual citizens of the United States and Pakistan.
- Applicants already enrolled in or having completed a Master’s or PhD from a U.S. institution.
- Those unable to meet GRE or degree requirements.
